Business Analyst

My client is an established eCommerce system integrator and needs to strengthen its team by appointing an experienced eCommerce Business Analyst
The new Business Analyst will primarily be responsible for ensuring that the solution delivers value by working closely with its customers to understand the needs of the business and ensure appropriate and best use of the proposed platform. This will involve the definition, prioritisation and documentation of the requirements for the project, and subsequent liaison with the development team to ensure successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities will include :
* Providing customers with B2C and B2B eCommerce best practices
* Defining customer requirements in terms of features, user stories and acceptance criteria
* Working closely with the development teams, guiding the evolution of the solution
* Communicating scope changes with customer and development teams
* Managing requirements prioritisation with the customer
* Creating wireframes and lightweight modelling
Key Personal Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written English
* Degree educated
* Experience as business analyst on web-based development projects
* Experience in eCommerce projects
* Experience of using Agile methods on projects (e.g. Scrum)
* Experience of writing user stories and acceptance criteria
* Strong relationship building skills as you will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Experience of running workshops to gather requirements, e.g. user story workshops
* Experience of full life cycle projects from initial scoping through to delivery
* Experience in working with nearshore development teams in an advantage
