PA/Administrator - Bristol - 18,000 - 22,000

Role Purpose:
Our Client, a large Legal Firm are seeking someone to provide strong organisational and administrative support to Partners and other fee earners within the Insurance/Reinsurance group. This role would suit an experienced legal secretary looking to expand their role and be part of a busy, friendly office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

* Electronic file opening and organisation including creating and maintaining files on our 'HUB system', creating e-files for new matters; scanning and coding of documents; electronic filing of emails, documents and letters on document management system (WorkSite)
* General document preparation and management including organising for retrieval and storage of documents, chronologically sorting/indexing/paginating documents; checking photocopying, updating bundles
* Diary management
* Audio/copy typing of documents, emails and letters
* Event organisation (internal and external)
* Time management; ensuring fee earners' time and narratives are inputted daily
* Assistance with financial tasks including monthly production of billing proformas, amending narratives where necessary, processing on-line invoices/fee notes, responding to a range of high volume financial queries from partners/fee earners
* Arranging travel both UK and abroad and producing itineraries
* Processing expenses
* Production of marketing documents (internal and external)
* Manage partners'/fee earners' post
* Other administrative duties as required

You need to be;

You need to know;
* Will have a PA/secretarial background within a large commercial law firm environment; previous experience supporting at Partner level essential
* Previous experience of organising client events
* Strong audio and copy typing skills
* Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite (including use of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Document management system (WorkSite desirable)
* Use of fax, scanner, voicemail, Winscribe (Digital Dictation) and photocopiers
